The Event
Another of our favourite annual events is The Royal County of Berkshire Show. The event takes place mid-September at the Newbury Showground over a long weekend. This is a yearly agricultural show that has been running since 1909. It has become the biggest event of its kind to run in England.
The challenging aspect of this event is that the furniture is delivered over 150 acres, to 40 different arenas, and almost 100 trade stands in just four days. The event logistics are challenging, over the course of 4 days we send more than two dozen lorries in order to transport the furniture and have teams on site to distribute the furniture,
What We Delivered
The order is made up entirely of furniture, primarily tables and chairs but with complimentary items such as parasols, cocktail tables/stools, almost 200 benches, coat stands, umbrella bins, bean bags and more; to give some figures of just a small sample of items we distribute across the huge number of delivery locations:

600 Outdoor Chairs
200 Outdoor Tables
