How it Works
Hiring from us really couldn’t be simpler – there are three main options for you to choose from to make the process as straightforward as possible. Email email@example.com with all of your equipment requirements, dates, location etc. and we will get back to you with a fully itemised quote, call 0117 3702 660 and discuss your requirements with our friendly and helpful events team, or browse our extensive hire shop and submit a website enquiry.
Our aim is to make your life easy and your event as seamless as possible. That’s why we deliver all cutlery and crockery clean and ready to be used, then collect it all again after the event to be washed by us, free of charge. Additionally, our expert and reliable service guarantees you peace of mind before, during and after the event; let our team of professional and experienced staff do all the work so you can sit back and relax.
What you need to know
All of the prices listed on the website are based on a 1-4 day hire, most of the events we are involved in take place over the weekend and so we deliver on a Friday and collect on a Monday.
We also offer a weekly rate – this rate is available for events of longer duration where the event equipment is required for hires between 4 and 7 days, the week rate will apply.
Long term hire – we can offer long term hire rates which can vary from one week to several months; a bespoke price will be quoted for long term hires.
Our displayed prices do not include VAT which is currently 20%. This is added at the point of checkout.
Additionally, delivery and collection, should you require it, is not included in the above hire pricing.
Delivery & Collection
We offer a nationwide delivery service at a very competitive price, this is done by our professional delivery team in our large fleet of multi size vehicles – we have the correct size and number of vehicles to ensure your order is delivered in full and on time.
Standard delivery and collection hours are 8am-6pm, but unfortunately, due to the nature of the events industry, we are unable to guarantee a specific time for delivery or collection without committing to a designated vehicle for the delivery which will incur an additional cost.
Delivery and collection charges are based per mile but do vary depending on the size of the order, number of vehicles required to make the delivery, access issues etc.
Deliver Clean & Return Dirty
In order to make your experience more efficient and enjoyable, (and not having to wash 200 plates with a hangover) we include a washing service on all of the crockery, cutlery and glassware that we hire; all we ask is that the plates are scraped free of food and everything is returned to the crates provided.
Catering equipment; ovens, griddles, BBQ’s etc do need to be returned to us free of any food, fat, grease etc. and then we will clean and steam the machines again before going out on hire. If you really don’t fancy the idea of cleaning the day after your event, then don’t! We will collect it and completely clean the piece of equipment for you for just a small fee.
All of our gas equipment is certified by a gas safe engineer and all of our electrical equipment is PAT tested.
All equipment is thoroughly tested before and after every hire by our trained members of staff.
Our cutlery, crockery, and glassware are washed through a series of large industrial washing machines, with integrated water softeners and ‘reverse osmosis’ that eliminates any water marks on the glasses, giving the perfect finish.

We work very closely with some of Bristol’s most well-known and established event planners/caterers to ensure your event is a success. We endeavour to help with your requirements whatever they may be to ensure that some of the stress is taken away from your day.
